Stacks

Ongoing series of works, titled “Stacks”, informed by Chinese and Japanese landscape painting. This series explores notions of space and implied form on a flat surface. Meant to be contemplative meditations on gesture, balance, harmony, and imperfection, they investigate aesthetic conceptions of beauty.
